Welcome to the Organizational Capacity Assessment.


This survey is designed to help your team reflect on your organization’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities across ten key areas. Your responses can guide tailored technical assistance (TA), highlight learning opportunities, and help you plan.


Once you complete the survey, you will receive your overall cumulative score on the final page and in your confirmation email. The email will also include a link to a TA Resource Library where you can explore tools, training, and support that match your scores, so that you can choose resources that best fit your needs.


The assessment will take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please answer honestly based on your organization’s current state. All results will be aggregated and will not be tied to individual names.
